This summer has been a whirlwind of activities for Colleen from attending RT Book Convention in May, going to San Diego Comic Con, finishing edits for book two of the Egyptian series, working on the novella, prepping for the REAWAKENED book launch coming up in August and hosting family for the week of Fourth of July. Jurassic World Colleen’s Movie Review I always give spoilers so consider yourself warned. =) Romance: For me the romance between the two main characters played by Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard was half-baked at best. San Diego Comic Con 2015 Report

So it has long been a dream of mine to attend San Diego Comic Con and that dream was finally realized this year when my generous publisher chose me as one of the few authors they invited to be a part of the 2015 team. RECIPE: Firecracker Snickerdoodles

FIRECRACKER SNICKERDOODLES Sweet and fiery, these cinnamon candy glazed snickerdoodles are perfect for the 4th of July or Valentine’s Day! Yield: 36 3-inch cookies Ingredients: 2 Bags of Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix, 2/3 cup Butter, 2 Eggs, 1 22 oz Bag of Red Hots Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Follow the sugar cookie recipe then make balls of dough about the size of a meatball (I use a small ice cream scoop) then roll them in the ground Red Hots to coat.
